He delivers a standard of service that goes beyond what one would normally expect, and is even known to deliver prescriptions to clients after-hours where necessary. "We've tailored our services to the needs of the local community for over two decades," said John. "Because we're independent, we can take the time to get to know our clients" The pharmacy offers a complete NHS and private prescription dispensing service, with free and speedy collection and delivery available to all. "We're more than happy to collect prescriptions from local GP surgeries within a five-mile radius, " added John "We will then dispense the medication or item, which can be either collected from the pharmacy or delivered straight to the client's door at a time convenient for them." Trayners even have a free prescription hotline, which can be reached on 0800 234 66 88. Metered dosage boxes are also available by arrangement. "We have a private consultation room where clients can discuss any medication or health-related problems in discreet, confidential surrounds," said John. "We can also offer a minor ailment scheme, smoking cessation advice and pregnancy testing, as well as expert travel advice. If you need malaria tablets, we're happy to help!"
